Venue: Asian Cultural Centre, Manzil Way, Cowley Rd.
Cost: £10/£9/£8 per class
Wear loose or stretchy clothing, try and bring a mat, blanket or
thick towel, and don't eat for at least a couple
of hours beforehand.
